Step 1
In a large bowl mash avocado, egg and cream cheese, add lemon juice, salt, and pepper and give it a good mix.
Step 2
Spread the avocado mixture over the toasted bread. Top with sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil, garnish with basil and chilli flakes.
