Instructions
Step 1
To a greased baking dish, evenly add thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breast. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder and Italian seasoning.
Step 2
Set chicken aside and start in on cheese mixture. Mix together 8oz block of room temp cream cheese, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Spread on top of chicken.
Step 3
Top with more shredded Parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Bake uncovered on 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees and the cheese is brown.
