Instructions
Step 1
Boil Tomatillos, garlic, and onion until the Tomatillos begin to turn yellow. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Step 2
While boiling, fry peppers for 30-60 second in oil until they start to turn brown. Add peppers to boiling water.
Step 3
Mash garlic and salt to a paste in a molcajete. Add onion and mash to a paste. Add peppers and mash again. Add Tomatillos, one at time, and, you guessed it, mash to a paste.
