Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Mix cocoa and bicarb soda, pour on bowling water and stir until thick- allow to cool.

Step 2
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Stir through cocoa mix.
Step 3
Alternate adding flour and milk, stirring mixture lightly.
Step 4
Pour cake mixture into cake tin and bake at 180ºC for 20-25 minutes or until cooked.(1 ½ x the recipe for a bigger cake- bake for 35-40 minutes)
