Instructions

Step 1
Boil and cover sugar, water, and corn syrup for about 4 mins, then bring to 240
Step 2
Bloom gelatin in mixing bowl with cold water while cooking syrup
Step 3
Slowly drizzle syrup along side of bowl into whipping gelatin mixture
Step 4
Whip for 10 minutes, add vanilla and graham cracker dust, whip another 2-5.
Step 5
Combine equal parts corn starch and powdered sugar and sift onto parchment
Step 6
Pipe marshmallow fluff onto sheet and cover with sugar mixture
Step 7
Let sit for at least 4 hours, then cut and toss with sugar
