Step 1
Preheat oven to 170 degrees C. Line 2 baking tray with baking paper. 1. Melt choc and butter. Leave to cool. 2. Whisk the eggs, sugar and salt until light and fluffy with an electric beater. 3. Add the egg mix to the melted chocolate and mix. Fold. 4. Sieve the flour and baking powder in and fold until just mixed. 5. Scoop out onto tray and bake for 12-15 mins.
