Soft Homemade Dinner Rolls
These easy homemade yeast dinner rolls will satisfy your cravings for soft and tasty bread. These rolls are made with instant quick-rise yeast, so you don't have to proof your yeast. Using instant quick-rise yeast also cuts the dough's rising time in half.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Once it gets to 100 degrees turn off oven. Spray 2 9" metal cake pans with gluten-free nonstick cooking spray

In a large bowl, add flour and salt. Make a small hole int eh center and pour yeast into the hole.
Step 3
Check the temperature of warm milk with a thermometer. (If your milk it too hot it will kill the yeast.) Pour milk over yeast.
Step 4
Add softened butter, eggs, vinegar, and honey to the flour mixture and mix for 2-3 minutes until fully combined. The dough will be sticky.
Step 5
Using a greased ice cream scoop. Scoop dough balls and place into prepared pans. Take a small spatula and smooth out the tops of dough there will be eight dough balls around each pan and one dough ball in the center. Cover the pans with a kitchen towel and allow to rise in the warm oven for 1 hour. Take the pans out and keep covered while preheating the oven.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Bake rolls on the middle rack for 14-16 minutes until light golden brown. The temperature of the rolls should measure 200 degrees internally. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a small microwave-safe bowl and brush the tops of rolls before serving warm.
