Instructions

Step 1
Wash lentil in a bowl and then keep it in the water for 15 minutes

Add lentil to the cooking pot and pour 1l water.

Let it boil without the lid. When a scummy substance come to the surface, collect and throw it away.

Then, half-close the lid. Let it slow boil for 40 minutes. Mix occasionally

Prepare sauce in a different pan: Add butter to the pan, let it melt
Step 6
Then, add tomato paste and dry mint to the pan. Broil it for 2 minutes
Step 7
Add sauce from the pan to the boiling pot. Mix it with the lentil.
Step 8
Add salt
Step 9
Add 1 cup warm water
Step 10
Boil it for 15 minutes. Mix occasionally
Step 11
Serve
