Step 1
Mash the banana really well, until there are no lumps. Mix in all other ingredients and stir until no dryness is left. Drop by tablespoonfuls on a lined baking sheet or plate. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. These will be sticky so you can also divide the dough into 4 portions and eat with a spoon. Each serving has approximately 15g protein, 15g carbs, and 2g fat
