Step 1
Blend oats into a fine oat flour

Add oat flour, protein powder, and salt to a bowl and mix
Step 3
Combine peanut butter, vanilla, and honey.
Step 4
Mix the peanut butter mixture with the dry ingredients.
Step 5
Add 1 tablespoon almond milk until a thick dough forms.
Step 6
Line a container with parchment paper and firmly press dough in. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set, then slice into bars and enjoy.
