Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan
Step 2
2. In a bowl, toss the blueberries in 2 tablespoons flour and set aside.
Step 3
3. With an electric mixer beat the butter, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and eggs.
Step 4
4. Add the flour, baking power, and salt mixture alternately with the milk to the butter mixture.
Step 5
5. Fold in lemon zest and blueberries
Step 6
6. Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes
Glaze
Step 7
1. Stir together 2 tablespoons lemon juice with powdered sugar until smooth. Drizzle over top of the loaf while it’s warm
