After making my own tarter sauce I will never buy the store bought kind again. Super easy, and so good. I want to put it on everything.

Instructions

Step 1
Add equal parts mayonnaise and sour cream to a bowl 1 cup of each

Add 3/4 cups of dill relish, juice included

Zest of 1 lime
Step 4
Juice from 1 lime
Step 5
Add a handful of chopped dill
Step 6
2 teaspoons of course kosher salt
Step 7
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Step 8
Mix well
Step 9
Adjust to taste & enjoy!
