Instructions

Step 1
Use hand mixer to smooth 2 blocks of cream cheese
Step 2
Add Mayo to cream cheese until smooth
Step 3
Add ranch powder and mix until smooth
Step 4
Slowly add beer and mix. Be careful with hand mixer to not spray beer. Beer will fizz. Hand mix at first if necessary and then smooth out with hand mixer until clumps are gone.
Step 5
Add cheese and green onion. Hand mix to prevent cheese breakage.
Step 6
Add paprika and cayenne if you so desire.
Step 7
Garnish with sliced heads of green onion and a sprinkle of paprika and/or cayenne for a nice finished look.
Step 8
Refrigerate until stiff. Best to make it the night before serving.
Step 9
Serve with pretzels. The snaps (window pretzels) are best at picking up the dip.
