Instructions
Step 1
Place cream cheese in a medium bowl. Best with a mixer on medium for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Add 1/4 cup of the blue cheese, the sour cream, mayonnaise, vodka (if using), olive brine, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Step 3
Cod in the remaining 1/4 cup blue cheese, cheddar cheese, olives, and 1/4 cup chives.
Step 4
Transfer to an air tight container. Refrigerate did two hours or up to 5 days.
