Instructions

Step 1
Add flour to a small mixing bowl. Make a well and gradually add cream and mix till dough comes away from sides and starts forming a ball. Can add a little bit more cream, if you want to make drop biscuits. Otherwise knead a few times on a lightly floured cutting surface. Roll out to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out biscuits and place on a baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Cook at 450° F till golden brown.
