Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F

Wash the skin of the potatoes
Step 3
poke holes in the potatoes
Step 4
Bake the potato(es) for 60 minutes at 400 F

dice up the onion
Step 6
In a pan, heat up the pre-cooked & shredded chicken, along with the BBQ sauce and the diced onion. Add salt & pepper as desired.
Step 7
Cut open the potatoes and pour in the BBQ Chicken & Onion.
Step 8
Top with parsley flakes & some raw, uncooked onion as a garnish.
