Pre Prep :- Cut potatos wash and soak in salt water for 30 mins Add Dry coconut
Red chilli powder Garlic Daniyala podi jilakarra Salt Little olive oil And grind in mixer Prep :-
Shallow fry potatoes until they start browning Keep aside In medium flame pan add oil jilakarra avalu dry chilli curry leaves and fry. Then add potatoes Add previously created Podi, salt, coriander, garam masala. Mix and turn off flame.
