Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2
partially cook macaroni (6-8) mins
Step 3
in baking pan layer half of the macaroni
Step 4
season with salt & pepper, add 1 tbsp butter, and cover with shredded cheese
Step 5
second layer: repeat with the other half of the noodles
Step 6
melt 1 tbsp butter
Step 7
mix egg, 1 cup rice milk and butter, whisk, and pour over mac and cheese
Step 8
cover with foil and cook 25-30 minutes, then remove foil and cook for another 10 mins or until golden
