Fan Favorite Glazed Meatballs

This is a family recipe that has always been a hit wherever we go :) We serve them over mac and cheese (homemade is the best). Enjoy!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix together glaze ingredients. Whisk until well incorporated.

Step 3
In a large bowl, mix together meatball ingredients and 1/3 of the sauce mixture.

Step 4
In a muffin tin or 9x13 pan, spoon the meat into the pan in ball shapes, about the size of a 50 cent piece. If using a 9x13, its ok if they are touching.
Step 5
Pour the glaze over the meatballs, reserving about 1/4 of the sauce for topping after cooking.
Step 6
Cook for 40 to 60 minutes, or until the internal temp reaches a minimum of 160 degrees. These wont get dry if overcooked, so if you overshoot the temp, it's ok :)

Enjoy! We serve these over homemade mac and cheese and it is DELICIOUS!!
