Instructions

Step 1
In saucepan, combine butter, sugar, and Karo.
Step 2
Stir well and bring to boiling over med. heat.
Step 3
Stir in Eagle milk; simmer, stirring constantly till mixture comes to soft ball stage (234 to 238 degrees).
Step 4
Stir in vanilla, Pour over popped corn and stir to coat.
Step 5
**For popcorn balls- Butter hands lightly; shape into balls. **For caramel corn- spray waxed paper with nonstick cooking spray, and spread popcorn over paper until cooled. Enjoy!
