Instructions
Step 1
1) preheat the oven to 400 degrees F

2) cut all veggies and sausage
Step 3
3) put all sausage and veggies in a bowl, drizzle a little oil - just enough to coat everything lightly

4) season with spices above - mix around to coat evenly
Step 5
5) put all of it on the baking pan
Step 6
6) put in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes
Step 7
7) make carb base of your choice or not and serve!
