Add agar sachet to boiled water and stir to dissolve over 5-8 minutes low heat

Chop into small dices the water chestnuts

Mix tapioca starch over chestnuts to cover completely forming gelatinous balls. Minimum 6 tbsp. Best guess 15 tbsp.
Tapioca Powder

Boil 700ml water, add 1-2 tbsp sugar, add chestnuts. Boil 1-2 minutes and transfer into bowl.
Mung beans

Soak mung beans for 4 hours

Simmer for 35 minutes in boiling water
Coconut sauce
Step 10
Bring to boil 2 tins of coconut milk, 300ml water, pinch of salt and sugar.
