Step 1
1. Season meat with 1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix. Place in crock pot.
Step 2
2. In a large glass measuring cup, add 1 cup hot water, 2 tsp. roast beef buillion, ¼ c worcestershire sauce and 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup. Wisk together until mixed.
Step 3
3. Pour gravy over the roast. Cover with lid and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
Step 4
4. Serve roast over spaetzle or rice and top woth gravy.
