Instructions
Step 1
Combine warm water, yeast and 1/4 tsp sugar, rest 5 to 10 min until foamy

Pour yeast mixture in electric mixer, add remaining sugar, warm milk, butter, egg, and salt. Combine.

While mixing on low, slowly add flour, mix until smooth and elastic, 5 to 6 minutes
Step 4
Lightly grease a bowl, add dough and flip over, so all is covered in oil.
Step 5
Cover and let rise in warm place for an hour until doubled in size
Step 6
Gently punch down dough and roll out a golf ball size section into a 9 inch roll and tie in a knot
Step 7
Put on baking sheet, allow to rise for 30-40min
Step 8
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, spray or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Brush with melted butter, oil, garlic, parsley mixture
