Instructions
Step 1
Sauté asparagus until slightly softened and remove from pot
Step 2
Sauté shrimp and remove from pot
Step 3
Sauté shallot and garlic until fragrant then deglaze pan with a small amount of broth
Step 4
Add remaining broth, rice, lemon juice, seasonings, and butter
Step 5
Cook on high pressure for 10 mins
Step 6
Add Parmesan cheese and stir in shrimp, bacon, asparagus
