Step 1
Couper les aubergines en rondelles. Mettre sur une plaque de four, saupoudrez de sel et de poivre et rajouter un filet d’huile d’olive. Puis mettre dans le four chauffé pendant 15 minutes.

Step 4
Étaler la pâte brisée dans le moule à quiche. Alterner les rondelles d’aubergines de tomates et de mozzarella. Rajouter les feuilles de basilic coupées. Versez le mélange des œufs et de fromage blanc et mettre dans le four chauffé. on laisser cuire 20 à 30 min jusqu’à ce que la quiche soit dorée.
