Step 3
Beurrer un moule de tarte et disposer les rondelles de légumes dans le moule.

Step 4
Tartiner la pâte brisée et ensuite la poser dans le moule à tarte (côté tartiné face aux légumes)

Step 5
Cuire au four pendant 15min à 20min 210°C et déguster tiède ou froide après avoir rajouter un peu de coriandre fraîche découpée comme topping
