Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces
Step 2
Add potatoes to boiling water, add salt, and let them boil for 10 mins
Step 3
Drain and cool potatoes with cold water. Then let them sit for 15 mins.
Step 4
Mix potatoes with salt and olive oil
Step 5
Air fry potatoes in air fryer for 15 mins at 200°C. Then toss and turn before putting them back in for another 10-15 mins at 200°C. Spray with oil on top and bottom before frying each time
Step 6
Take out of air fryer and serve with meal
