SHAVED BRUSSELS SPROUT, ASPARAGUS, RADISH, AND APPLE SALAD
A little bit sweet and a little bit spicy, this salad is bright, clean, and
flavorful. Its raw brussels sprouts, asparagus, apple, and radish are all
powerhouse foods for your liver and other organs. This salad holds up well
in the fridge as leftovers

Ingredients

1 poundbrussels sprouts
ends trimmed, or thinly sliced
1 poundasparagus
ends trimmed, sliced into thin rounds
½ cupradish
thinly sliced
1red apple
medium-sized, very thinly sliced
SAUCE
Instructions
Step 1
Place the shaved brussels sprouts, asparagus, radish, and apple in a large mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Step 2
Make the sauce by whisking together the grated garlic, red onion, raw honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice in a small bowl or jar. Pour on top of the salad and toss to coat.
Step 3
Divide between bowls and serve.
