Paleo Apple, Pear, and Cranberry Crisp
This was my contribution to Thanksgiving this year. Lets just say it was gone pretty quickly

Instructions
Step 1
preheat oven to 375F
Step 2
combine apples, cranberries, pears, lemon juice, cornstarch 1/8 tsp salt, maple syrup, and vanilla bean paste, let sit while you make the topping
Step 3
combine the oats, coconut flour, cassava flour, cinnamon, maple sugar, nutmeg, coconut oil, and salt
Step 4
pour the apple, pear, and cranberry mixture into a baking dish, evenly spread the crumble on top
Step 5
to with cinnamon and sea salt
Step 6
bake for 30 minutes covered, and uncovered until golden and crisp
