Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease or line a bread loaf pan with butter, oil or parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the 1/2 cup softened butter with the 3/4 cup sugar.

Next, peel and mash together the 3 bananas with a fork until chunky applesauce consistency.

Add the mashed bananas into the butter and sugar mixture along with the 2 eggs. Mix until fully combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt. Then add that into the batter aswell.

Separate the batter into two bowls, one bowl with slightly more batter than the other. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract to the bowl with more batter and mix until combined. If you choose any Optional Ingredients, add them to that bowl aswell.

For the rest of the batter, add 2 tbsp cocoa power and mix until fully combined.

When both mixtures are complete, There is two ways you can do this. (Method.1) Start by putting a scoop of the vanilla mixture into the loaf pan so that it covers the bottom, then add a scoop of the coco mixture on top of that and use a butter knife to swirl it around, then continue doing so until the pan is filled. (Method.2) Put a spoonfull of the vanilla mixture into the pan, then add a spoonfull of the coco mixture, and then another spoon of the vanilla mixture, and so on.

Finally you want to put the raw banana bread into the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with NO RAW BATTER on it. TIP: If the toothpick is moist, that is normal because there is bananas in the cake, just look out for Raw Batter.
Step 10
Let the banana bread rest for 10 mins after baked for it to firm a little.
