Instructions
Step 1
1. Place a frying pan over a medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil and some salt.
Step 2
Add the onion it should cook for about 10 minutes before you add the other ingredients.
Step 3
2. Stir in the garlic then add the tomatoes and a tablespoon of the balsamic vinegar and taste, then add the other tablespoon if you need it.
Step 4
Let everything cook together for 2 minutes or so, until the tomatoes soften.
Step 5
3. Divide between the slices of toast and serve.
