Instructions
Step 1
peel + thinly dice potatoes, onion, pepper + spam. add potatoes to mixing bowl, set rest aside
Step 2
add flour, black pepper, salt + garlic powder to potatoes. toss to combine.
Step 3
add rice to salted water + set to boil.
Step 4
OPTIONAL add bacon fat to pan + cook. remove so only drippings are left.
OTHERWISE oil works fine.
Step 5
cook spam + potato in pan. when half done add other veg
Step 6
add eggs to rice + cook on low.
Step 7
chop spring onions + add to veggies+ spam.
Step 8
serve + enjoy!!
