Step 1
Preheat oven 350°. Grease loaf pan.

Mix wets and sugar together. Add to Drys and mix again, leaving nuts for last added.

Bake in loaf pan 50-55 mins. In mini loafs 30 mins. Cool completely or eat warm slices with butter.

Note: Ripe, brown bananas can be peeled and refrigerated for a few days until ready to make bread.
Step 5
Note: Variation attempted, Shred 1 yellow squash very fine with grater and add to Wets. It disappears into bread and adds slight yellow color, and healthy twist.

Note: measure cups of smooshed banana first, then calculate the rest of ingredients accordingly.
