2 cupsall purpose flour

1 cuppanko

1 Tbspsalt

1 Tbsppaprika

1 Tbspgarlic powder

32 ozPeanut oil
for frying

2 lbsChicken breast
sliced into 4" squares for sliders

1 packageHawaiian Slider Rolls

1 lbbacon
cooked, optional

Instructions
Step 1
To make the Dijonnaise, combine the first 4 ingredients. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat 1" of peanut oil in a large skillet.
Step 3
Whisk milk, white wine vinegar, egg, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper in a shallow bowl. In a separate bowl, combine flour, panko, salt, paprika and garlic powder. Coat chicken in milk mixture, then coat in flour mixture. Fry chicken until golden and place onto a paper towel to cool.
Step 4
Place chicken onto slider roll with lettuce, tomato, cheese (optional) and Dijonnaise sauce. Enjoy!
