Morning Energy Juice
4 steps
Prep:5minCook:5min
Getting all the vitamins and minerals we need in a day can be tough if we don't carefully plan. What I love about juicing is that I can meet my fruit and veggie intake requirements without having to carry around tons of fruit with me each and every day.
There are lots of ways you can use this, or any, juice. You can drink it concentrated right out of the juicer, add a shot or two to your water bottle to sip throughout the day, pour into ice molds and save for later, or even add some to your morning tea. The possibilities are endless!
Servings will vary depending on how much of each ingredient you include, and whether you intend to serve an 8 oz glass at once or serve as shots.
Remember - food is medicine. So, you want to consult with your physician before introducing new eating routines, especially if you are currently taking any medications.
