Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix to combine crab meat, shrimp, Boursin cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
Step 2
Cut each piece of salmon fillet in half and top one half with seafood mixture. Place the other half on top and lay flat. Secure with Butcher’s twine.
Step 3
Season each piece with Slap Yo Mama and lemon pepper rub.
Step 4
Pre heat Louisiana Grills 350 F.
Step 5
Place stuffed salmon fillets on a line backing tray. Grill until minimum internal temperature 145 F. Fish should flake easily with a fork at the thickest part. Remove Butcher’s twine.
Step 6
Drizzle with lemon juice.
