Instructions

Step 1
Add all ingredients into mixing bowl. Use your dough hook to knead for 8 minutes. Dough should be in a ball and slightly sticky. May have to add a little more warm water because the wheat may need more water than store bought flour.
Step 2
Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350°. Punch dough down. Turn onto a lightly greased surface; divide in half. Roll each into a 12x8-in. rectangle. Roll up, jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch ends to seal. Place seam side down in 2 greased Pullman loaf pans. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
Step 4
With a sharp knife, make 4 shallow diagonal slashes across top of each loaf.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool. Tsp the top. If it sounds hollow, it’s done.
