Slice cucumbers, in a bowl whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, chili crunch and lime juice. Add cucumbers and set aside.

Chop salmon into bite size chunks. Spray with oil nd sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lay flat in the air fryer for 7 minutes at 400F

In a saucepan add soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, garlic and chili crunch. On the side, whisk together arrowroot and water to make a slurry. Once sauce starts to bubble, add arrowroot slurry.
