Instructions
Step 1
Marinate beef in soy, worcestershire, garlic, fresh squeezed lemon and lime, and salt for 2 days. leave rines in bag with beef.
Step 2
Place beef and marinate in crock pot on low in the morning with the rines of the lemon and lime. let cook for 8+ hours
Step 3
Skin and boil potatoes until fully cooked strain and add milk and butter until desired consistency is reached. Add salt to taste
Step 4
Remove beef from crock pot drain left over ingredients and replace beef.
Step 5
Add 4 cups water and one packet beef stew mix and stir until fully shredded.
Step 6
Serve beef over potatoes and enjoy
