Instructions

Step 1
Mix all custard sauce ingredients. Cook on low heat until 82c (keep stirring). Strain the mix and let cool
Step 2
Whip the cream until soft peaks. Mix custard sauce and the whipped cream (add flavor as desired)
Step 3
Pour to the mould and freeze for 6 - 8 hours
Step 4
Melt the chocolate. Add oil and chopped almonds
Step 5
Dip the ice cream into the chocolate quickly. Hang upside down until chocolate hardens
