Instructions
Step 1
Mix the warm water with the psyllium husks thoroughly with a fork and sit for 1 minute
Step 2
Mix the flour with the salt, make a well in the middle and add the oil and water husk gel mix
Step 3
Mix through them knead for 5 minutes
Step 4
Split into 6 pieces and form into balls.
Step 5
Cover with cling film and set aside for 30 mins
Step 6
Heat an extra large frying pan or flat top to a medium high heat (pan flat surface needs to be 14 inches)
Step 7
Flour a surface, and press down a ball, and roll out in all directions, constantly moving around so it doesn’t stick to the surface and dusting more flour where necessary
Step 8
Roll until it is 14 inches wide. Cut off the outside craggily edge if you want it to look pretty
Step 9
Lay down the tortilla and cook for 45 seconds a side
Step 10
Stack them up and cover with a damp towel to stop them drying out
Step 11
Make burritos at your discretion! Store in a sealed ziplock bag for up to 3 days or freeze!
