Instructions
Step 1
Mix everything together all at once including hot water. Sense the water is boiling hot it’s hard to use your hands to mix it so I usually use just a wooden spoon and I try to do it fast so that it don’t cool off to fast. You can always use your hands if you can handle the heat because it is best that way.

Step 2
Once everything is well mixed go ahead and divide the dough into 12 or more equal balls. And lay a damp cloth or paper towel on them to keep them moist.

Step 3
Flour a flat surface or counter top and take one ball of dough at a time roll it out with a rolling pin nice and wide. What I like to do is fine a container lid or a perfect round bowl or something nice and round in the size of your choice. Place it on the dough with a knife cut perfect circular tortilla.

Step 4
I fry the tortillas on a clean dry skillet. For about 40 second on each side or just till it’s cook through witch does not take long. Flip back and forth on skillet Until done. And continue the process.

Step 5
NOTE: if your cut off reminding dough is not to hard you can even roll those out and cut them into tortillas shapes and fry them too.
Step 6
Some ideas for what I use these tortillas for will everything to be honest. Here are some ideas : breakfast burritos , regular burritos, wraps , quesadillas , deep fry and use them for tacos and for homemade tortilla chips. I mean we could go on and on but I’ll leave that for you to do.
