Instructions
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients by hand
Step 2
Kneed dough for five minutes
Step 3
Divide dough into 1" balls. Cover with a damp towel
Step 4
Take a sandwich bag and cut the edges off. This will be used to keep the dough from sticking to the tortilla press.
Step 5
Press tortilla between the plastic until flat and oval
Step 6
Put tortilla in preheated pan on medium high heat
Step 7
Cook for 10 seconds on the first side. Then flip and cook for another 15 seconds on the opposite side.
Step 8
Flip once more and pat the center of the tortilla
Step 9
Remove from heat and keep warm until served.
