Step 1
Merengue:

Whip the egg whites with citric acid and salt. Slowly incorporate sugar into egg whites, while still beating. Beat until stiff peaks. Fold cornstarch into the egg whites mixture. Line the baking tray with parchment paper and spread the merengue onto it evenly. Bake for 40min at 300f.
Step 3
Whip cream cheese with heavy cream and powdered sugar. Add pistachio butter and beat it in.
Step 4
Blend pistachios into the powder and mix with condensed milk. Form a long sausage like line.
Step 5
After the merengue has cooled down, take off parchment paper and spread the cream evenly. Place your pistachio roll on the left side of the merengue sheet. Place your cherries all over the sheet. Than roll the merengue.
