Sautéed the chicken and added red onion, orange pepper and carrots. Then added the soy, bbq and orange marmalade at the end. Because it wasn’t pressure cooked I didn’t feel the sauce needed any thickeners.

This was really good! I always have trouble thickening the sauce but it turned out well. Very easy to make and doesn't require a lot of ingredients
