Instructions

1. Wash the rice until the water runs clear than soak it in warm water for about 30 minutes

2. Put a pan on high heat add olive oil wait for the oil to get hot then add in the vermicelli toast the vermicelli until golden
Step 3
3. Next drain and add in the rice, salt the 4 cups of hot water give it a mix Cover and wait for the water to reduce down. once the water reduces down turn down the heat to really low and let it cook for another 15 to 20 minutes until the rice is fluffy and enjoy.
