Bread is one of the highest food waste categories but there are many ways to reuse it and transform it into bread crumbs, croutons or this delicious quick and super easy dessert with no need to cook anything! Creamy, moist and delicious coffee flavour . Something that you can make as a dessert for a last minute planned dinner with friends. Prepare it , let it chill in the fridge while having dinner and serve !

Instructions

Step 1
- Cut your bread into pieces and soak it with coffee and sugar
Step 2
- Mix it with your hands and transfer to a flat container to make the base of your dessert (flat it out with a spoon)

- Add your tofu to a bowl along coconut cream and sugar
Step 4
- Whisk together until you have an even mix
Step 5
- Add your whisked cream on top of your bread
Step 6
- Sprinkle cocoa powder and refrigerate until firm . About 45 min 1 hour
Step 7
NOTES: you can use agave instead of sugar and you could add overnight soaked cashews blended into cream to make the dessert more firm.
