Instructions
Step 1
Using a store bought flann or sponge base cut out the circles with the glass you will be putting the desserts in. . This will make 8 small or 4 large desserts

Put the cream in a large bowl and whip until
Fluffy and stiff ( I put a cool pack under the bowl to keep it cold as the cream whips better ) reserve. 4 large tablespoons of the cream to top the dessert glasses

Step 3
Melt the biscoff and let it cool slightly then fold it into the whipped cream until all incorporated . Assemble the glasses with biscoff cream then sponge then cream then sponge top with the reserved whipped cream from earlier and drizzle the remaining biscoff on top . Optional decorate with some biscoff cookies . Place in the refrigerator until set
