Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°
Step 2
Prepare baking sheet by lightly coating with olive oil
Step 3
Wash and scrub sweet potatoes if keeping skin. If not, peel sweet potatoes.
Step 4
Cut the potatoes into sticks about 1/4 inch wide and thick
Step 5
Place fries into large bowl.
Step 6
Toss fries in cornstarch and salt
Step 7
Spread fries on prepared baking sheet, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 8
Bake for 20 minutes, flip and then bake for 15 minutes.
